Is it dangerous to travel to a foreign country, some more than others?

What is the role of arts and culture for international exchange?
Arts and culture may very well serve as a foundation for international exchange. Being successful in the international arena often depends on how much you know and understand the culture and customs of the individual(s) that you intend to do business with. Arts and culture promote exchanges between countries, through educational institutions, corporate businesses and local citizens.
